Swankbratten(German Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    onions
    green onions
    minced garlic
    Lawry's seasoned salt and pepper
    oil
    small amount water
    pork steak
Preparation
    Rub both sides of meat with Lawry's salt and pepper. Cover meat with onions and green onions. Sprinkle with minced garlic. Add about 1/4 cup each of oil and water for juice.
    Let set for at least 24 hours, covered, in refrigerator.
    Grill or bake as desired.
