Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. baked ham, cubed
    6 beaten eggs
    6 slices cubed bread
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. fresh parsley
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. minced onion (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients; pour into a greased baking dish.
    Chill overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until set.
