Italian Polenta(4 To 8 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cornmeal
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. nonfat dry milk
    1/4 c. wheat germ (optional)
    4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. grated Mozzarella, Provolone, Fontina or Parmesan cheese
    2 c. favorite tomato sauce, heated
    dill *
    olives, sliced
Preparation
    *If not fresh, add 1/2 teaspoon to tomato sauce and heat.
