Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. self-rising flour
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 c. grated zucchini
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add sugar, oil and vanilla.
    Beat well.
    Add zucchini, flour, cinnamon and nuts.
    Blend together.
    Grease and flour 2 loaf pans.
    Divide between the 2 pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Bakes real good and looks pretty to bake it in 3 coffee cans.
