Chop Suey Hot Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. pork or chicken
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 to 1 1/2 cans water
    4 c. chopped celery
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1/2 to 3/4 c. raw rice
    sliced water chestnuts
    soy sauce
Preparation
    Brown meat with onion.
    Mix all together and cook in medium oven for 1 hour or crock-pot all afternoon.
    Top with slivered almonds or chow mein noodles.
