Reduced-Calorie Ranch Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    2 tsp. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. fresh dill
    1 Tbsp. chopped, fresh parsley
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
    In a jar, with a tight fitting lid, combine all ingredients. Shake well to blend.
    Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, allowing flavors to blend.
    Makes 24 (1 tablespoon) servings at 8 calories each.
