Ingredients

2 c. pecans, chopped
1 c. brown sugar, packed
2 egg whites, beaten dry
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1 1/2 tsp. water
Preparation

Mix pecans and sugar thoroughly.
Add egg whites and vanilla; mix well.
Drop by scant teaspoonfuls on well-greased cookie sheet 1 inch apart.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Moisten confectioners sugar with water; dot top of each cookie with mixture.
Remove with spatula.
Makes 3 1/2 dozen cookies.
