Pina (No-Collida) Colada - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 (10 oz.) can Bacardi frozen colada mix
    6 whole chunks plus 1/2 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
    4 maraschino cherries plus 4 tsp. cherry juice
    2 Tbsp. cream of coconut
    3/4 c. Master of Mixes pina colada mix
    3 c. crushed ice
Preparation
    Blend until smooth.
    Thin if necessary with Master of Mixes mixer or pineapple juice. Garnish with a dab of whipped cream and a toothpick with a cherry and pineapple chunk.
    Makes 4 (8 ounce) servings.
