Lemon Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box lemon cake mix
    1/3 c. margarine or butter
    3 eggs
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    powdered sugar to sprinkle over top
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix cake mix, margarine and 1 egg until crumbly.
    Measure out 1 cup and reserve.
    Pack rest
    in ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Bake until light brown (15 minutes).
    Mix remaining ingredients together and beat until light and foamy.
    Pour over hot layer and sprinkle reserved crumbled mix and bake 15 minutes more.
    Sprinkle powdered sugar.
