Potato Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1/4 c. unsalted butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    4 eggs
    4 medium potatoes
    freshly ground black pepper
    vegetable oil (for frying)
Preparation
    Heat water, butter and salt until water comes to boil.
    Add flour and stir until it forms a ball and leaves side of pan. Remove pan from heat and add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Peel potatoes and cook in salted water until tender; drain.
    Cool slightly.
