Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pastry for 9-inch pie with strips
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 c. rhubarb, diced
    1/4 c. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar, salt and rhubarb. Add juice. Turn into pastry lined pie pan. Dot with butter. Cover with strips of pastry to make a lattice. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350\u00b0 and bake 20 minutes on foil covered cookie sheet in middle of oven.
