Spinach Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    5 oz. spinach
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 egg, beaten
    3/4 c. tomato juice (V-8 or tomato soup)
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    garlic powder
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Combine all ingredients and mix well. The mixture should be moist.
    Form into loaf.
    Place in loaf pan. Bake 1 hour.
