Nancy'S Tuna Marinade - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. fresh tuna
1/3 c. Dijon mustard
1/3 c. lemon juice
2 cloves fresh garlic
3 Tbsp. fresh rosemary or 3 tsp. dried
1 1/3 c. olive oil
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. grated black pepper
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a food processor with metal blade or blender.
Blend for 30 seconds, until smooth.
Marinate for at least 1 hour at room temperature.
Spread over fresh tuna and bake.
