Caramel Icing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter
1 c. light brown sugar
1/4 c. cream
1 tsp. vanilla
3 1/4 c. powdered sugar (1 box)
dash of salt
Preparation

Melt butter, add brown sugar, bring to a boil and cook 1 minute.
Cool 2 minutes.
Add cream, salt and vanilla.
Slowly add sugar, mixing well until creamy.
Spread on cake.
