Pizza Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. ground beef
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (10 oz.) can refrigerated biscuits
    1/2 to 3/4 c. Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
Preparation
    Brown and drain beef.
    Stir in tomato paste, onion and seasonings (mixture will be thick).
    Cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
    Place biscuits in a greased muffin pan, pressing to cover bottom and sides.
    Spoon about 1/4 cup of meat mixture into biscuit-lined cups and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
    Yields 12 pizza cups.
