Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can artichokes
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. minced onion
grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Drain and chop artichokes.
Mix all ingredients together except cheese.
Place in 8 x 8-inch baking dish or pie plate.
Cover top with grated cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
Spread on small party crackers.
