Vegetable Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1/2 tsp. cold water
    1/2 cucumber, chopped
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    1/2 green bell pepper, finely chopped
    1 small carrot, finely chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Soften gelatin in cold water.
    Combine gelatin, vegetables, salt and mayonnaise in bowl.
    Mix well.
    Chill, covered, overnight. Serve with bread.
