Chicken Wings With Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 7 lb. chicken wings
    sauce
Preparation
    Cut chicken wings at joints for easy handling and less mess. Put the tiny ends in freezer to use when making broth, as they have so little meat.
    Marinate wings for 3 to 4 hours (or as long as desired) in a favorite sauce, such as barbecue sauce (thinned with water), vinegar, dill pickle juice or a combination of these.
    Add horseradish or hot mustard to taste.
    Wish-Bone Italian dressing makes a great marinade and sauce by itself.
    Soy sauce, hot sauce and sweet and sour sauce all work well.
    Bake in 2 (9 x 12-inch) pans at 325\u00b0 for about 45 to 60 minutes.
