Vegetable Casserole(Yields 6 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1 c. mayonnaise
    3/4 stick butter or margarine
Preparation
    Partially cook vegetables for 5 minutes; drain.
    Combine all ingredients, except butter and cracker crumbs.
    Put mixture in casserole.
    Top with crackers and butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
