Screwball Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. cold water
Preparation
    Put all dry ingredients in baking pan and mix well.
    Put vinegar, vanilla, and oil in and then pour water over the top. Mix well.
    Pour batter into a greased and floured 8-inch square baking pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
