Onion Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sliced onions
butter
2 eggs
3/4 c. milk
sharp Cheddar cheese (1/2 to 3/4 c.)
1 pie shell
Preparation

Saute onions in butter until clear.
Put in pie shell.
Mix eggs, milk and seasonings to taste.
Pour over onions.
Top with cheese.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
