Frozen Pineapple Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sour cream (1/2 pt.)
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 large can crushed pineapple, well drained
1 large banana, chopped

Preparation

Mix sour cream, lemon juice, sugar and salt.
Add remaining ingredients; blend together.
Pour into lined muffin tins (cupcake tins with paper).
Freeze overnight.
Makes 12.
