Ingredients
    1 c. cooked elbow or spiral macaroni
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sweet pickle relish
    1 tsp. minced onion
    8 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    2 c. diced apples
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1 c. cubed Cheddar cheese
