Baked Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can salmon
    2 c. soft bread crumbs
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
    1 onion, minced
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    1 Tbsp. cornmeal
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients; press into loaf shape.
    Place in open baking pan lined with heavily greased aluminum foil.
    Bake 40 minutes at 370\u00b0.
