Brown Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. rice
    1 can French onion soup
    1 can beef consomme soup
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 stick butter
    1 small can mushrooms
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in butter over low heat.
    Add remaining ingredients and pour in 2-quart casserole dish.
    Bake, covered, for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
