Polynesian Honey Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. honey
    2 Tbsp. brandy
    cubes of fresh coconut
Preparation
    Place sour cream in blender; mix a few seconds until smooth. Gradually add brown sugar, mixing to blend.
    Add honey and brandy; mix a few more seconds to blend.
    Chill.
    Serve as a dip with bite-size cubes of fresh coconut.
