Coconut Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen coconut

Preparation

Place in bowl and mix thoroughly after coconut has thawed. Makes enough for 3 layer cake, top and sides.
