Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked rice
    3 c. half and half
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Add cooked rice, half and half or milk, sugar, vanilla and salt.
    Cook over low heat for 15 minutes until all milk is absorbed.
    Add milk as needed to give pudding creamy consistency.
