Miniature Black-Bottom Cream Cheese Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/4 c. cocoa
    5/8 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. oil
    1 c. chocolate chips
    1 egg
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. vinegar
    8 oz. cream cheese
Preparation
    Combine flour, 1 cup sugar, cocoa, baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon salt, water, oil and vinegar.
    Fill miniature cupcake papers 1/2 full.
    Combine cream cheese, egg, 1/3 cup sugar and 1/8 teaspoon salt.
    Drop on each cupcake.
    Then sprinkle 6 to 8 chocolate chips on top of each cupcake.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes.
