Mama'S Irish Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. boneless beef, cut in cubes
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 c. water
    1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
    1 bay leaf (optional)
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    6 onions, chopped
    4 carrots, cut in small pieces
    1 (10 oz.) frozen baby lima beans
    1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen cut beans
    flour for gravy
Preparation
    Combine flour and salt.
    Dredge meat in seasoned flour; brown in oil.
    Add water, tomato sauce, bay leaf and Worcestershire sauce.
    Cover tightly and cook slowly for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    Add vegetables and continue cooking for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Thicken with flour for gravy.
