Okra Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sliced okra
    1 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. red and green sweet pepper
    1/3 c. diced cooked ham or browned hamburger
    4 c. cooked rice
    1/2 small onion, diced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Mix all well using a fork.
    Put in a 2 1/2 to 3-quart buttered casserole dish.
    If mixture seems dry, add 1/3 cup of water or tomato juice.
    Bake, covered, 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
