Microwave Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 c. popped corn
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
pinch of salt
1/4 c. white Karo syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

In Pyrex bowl, combine sugar, butter, salt and syrup.
Cook on High 2 minutes.
Stir with whisk.
Cook on High for 3 minutes, stirring with whisk after each 1 minute interval.
Add vanilla and soda; stir (mixture will foam).
