Down South Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large ripe tomatoes
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. parsley flakes
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Cut tomatoes in halves crosswise; scoop out pulp, leaving shells intact.
    Invert to drain.
    Place tomatoes in 8-inch casserole dish.
    Break an egg into each tomato.
    Bake uncovered 15 to 20 minutes at 400\u00b0 or to desired doneness.
