Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. salad oil
    2 c. grated zucchini squash
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Add all ingredients to the well beaten eggs and mix well. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans (9 x 5-inch) and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
    Remove from pan and cool on rack.
