Pineapple Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 slices bread (white or Italian bread recommended)
1 c. sugar
1 (16 oz.) can chunked pineapple, drained
4 eggs
1 stick butter, slightly melted
Preparation

Cube bread slices and all ingredients together and mix well. Spray loaf pan or 8 x 8 square pan with Pam (or similar pan spray). Pour all ingredients in pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Top of bread should be slightly brown.
Cool bread before slicing for easier handling.
