Chicken Marsala With Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 whole boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb.), halved
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
dash of salt and pepper
2 Tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
2 tsp. finely chopped garlic
1/4 c. Marsala or Madeira wine or 1/4 c. dry red wine
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 c. sliced mushrooms
2 1/4 c. water
1 pkg. Lipton noodles and sauce (chicken flavor)
2 Tbsp. whipping or heavy cream or milk
pepper to taste
chopped parsley
Preparation

Dip chicken in flour combined with salt and pepper.
In a large skillet, heat oil and cook chicken over medium-high heat 3 minutes or until browned; remove and set aside.
