1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour (unsifted)
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter, softened
6 Tbsp. sugar
6 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 egg
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt; set aside.
In a large bowl, combine butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla; beat until creamy.
Beat in egg. Gradually add flour mixture; mix well.
Stir in chips and nuts. Drop onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
