Lemon Zucchini Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. margarine
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1 c. shredded zucchini
    1 c. nut meats
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar; add beaten egg and lemon peel. Beat until fluffy, on low beater.
    Stir until smooth.
    Stir in other ingredients.
    Drop on greased cookie sheet.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
