Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cornmeal
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. grated cheese (mild)
    1 small can Mexican corn, drained
    hot pepper to taste
    1/2 chopped onion
Preparation
    Mix together and bake at 350\u00b0 until good and brown.
