Funnel Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. sugar
    3 to 4 c. flour (plain)
    2 tsp. baking powder
    oil (for frying)
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Beat the eggs.
    Add the sugar and milk.
    Sift 1/2 of the flour, salt and baking powder together.
    Add to the egg mixture. Beat the batter with mixer until smooth, adding as much flour as needed.
    Batter should be thin enough to pour.
