Potato-Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 c. raw sliced potatoes
1/2 lb. grated cheese
Preparation

Brown and drain sausage.
Mix soup, milk, onion, salt and pepper.
In large casserole, layer potatoes, soup mixture and sausage.
Repeat layer again, ending with sausage.
Dot with butter.
Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0
for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours. Sprinkle with grated cheese and melt in oven.
