Szechwan Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breast
    6 oz. pkg. frozen pea pods
    1/3 c. teriyaki sauce
    4 Tbsp. Szechwan spicy stir-fry sauce
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1 c. chopped onion
    3 c. (1-inch size) bok choy
    3 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 c. broccoli flowerets
    1 sweet red pepper, cut in strips
    14 oz. can baby corn, drained
    7 oz. jar whole straw mushrooms
Preparation
    Cut chicken 1-inch size.
    In a small bowl stir together teriyaki sauce, stir-fry sauce and cornstarch.
    Set aside.
