Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. yellow squash
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 onion, chopped
    salt and pepper
    herb seasoned bread crumbs
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Mash cooked squash and add onion, soup, sour cream, salt and pepper.
    Butter casserole dish generously and sprinkle layer of crumb mixture on bottom.
    Add squash mixture and top with crumb mixture and grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
