Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt (if desired)
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. pared apples
Preparation

Beat sugar, eggs and oil together until well blended.
Stir in dry ingredients and fold in apples and nuts.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes or until done.
Cool and dust with powdered sugar if desired.
Do not grease or flour pan.
