Orange Chocolate Chip Bread(16 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. skim milk
    1/4 c. orange juice
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 Tbsp. grated fresh orange peel
    3 c. buttermilk baking mix
    1/2 c. Hershey's mini chips (semi-sweet)
Preparation
    Combine milk, orange juice, sugar, egg and orange peel in small bowl; stir into baking mix in a medium mixing bowl.
    Beat until well combined, about 1 minute.
    Stir in chocolate chips. Pour into greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean.
    Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan.
    Cool completely.
    Slice and serve.
    Store leftovers in foil or plastic wrap.
