Sweet Corn Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. fresh corn kernels
4 large eggs
1 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. whole milk
6 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. butter, softened
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Butter an 8 x 8 x 2-inch glass pan. Blend all ingredients in a food processor until nearly smooth. Pour into prepared dish. Bake until brown and the center is set, about 45 minutes. Cool 10 minutes and serve.
