Apfelkuchen Met Gub(Apple Custard Cake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. sifted flour
    1 egg
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 (22 oz.) can apple pie filling
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
Preparation
    Beat margarine and sugar well. Add cinnamon and blend in flour.
    Divide dough in half.
    Press half into buttered 8-inch square pan.
    Add egg to other half and mix well.
