Broiled Chicken And Vegetable Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium zucchini
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. fresh brown mushrooms
    2 whole chicken breasts, skinned and boned
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Dijon or red wine salad dressing
    2 (10 oz. size) pkg. frozen white and wild rice in their cooking pouches
    8 cherry tomatoes
Preparation
    Trim ends off and cut zucchini crosswise into 1-inch slices. Trim ends off stems of mushrooms.
    In plastic food storage bag, place zucchini and mushrooms.
    Cut boned chicken into 1 1/4-inch chunks.
    Add chicken and salad dressing to vegetables in bag. Seal; shake carefully to coat mixture with dressing.
    Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
    Meanwhile, soak 8 (12-inch) bamboo skewers in water.
