Birds Nests - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. butter
    1/2 c. light brown sugar
    2 egg yolks
    2 1/2 c. Gold Medal flour
    2 egg whites
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar well.
    Add yolks and flour.
    Make small balls.
    Dip into egg whites.
    Bake 8 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Take out. Press with thumb in middle.
    Put back into oven for 10 more minutes.
    Fill middle with raspberry jam.
