Apricot Spice Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
2 jars apricot tapioca baby food
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves

Preparation

Beat sugar and oil in mixing bowl.
Add eggs, one at a time. Add baby food one jar at a time.
Add half of flour blended with spices, salt and baking powder, then beat in remainder of flour. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in greased and floured tube pan.
Let cool, right side up.
Turn cake out onto cake plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
